Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in compliance or related fields, strong governance knowledge, and the ability to coordinate audits and drive corrective actions across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Governance, Internal Audit, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, risk management principles, and governance practices.
• Experience coordinating audits and managing corrective action programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Conducting compliance risk assessments and audits.
• Providing guidance on legal and regulatory matters to stakeholders.
• Preparing and submitting compliance reports to relevant authorities.
• Collaborating with internal teams to address compliance issues.
• Staying updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the business.
• Delivering training sessions to promote compliance awareness.
