Job summary

RONIN International in Hong Kong is seeking a hands-on Marketing Executive to lead lead generation for APAC markets, collaborating with the commercial team to execute campaigns across LinkedIn, email, content and paid media. You will help build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and maintain brand messaging for APAC.

2+ years of marketing experience, strong English written skills, and comfort with CRM/automation tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B marketing experience (lead generation).
• Experience running campaigns across LinkedIn and digital channels.
• Excellent Canva design skills or ability to create visuals.
• Proficient with CRM/marketing automation platforms (Apollo/Zoho/HubSpot).
• Strong written and spoken English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior leadership to develop clear, goal-oriented marketing plans for APAC.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets and monitor spend vs approvals.
• Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, email, content, paid media) across APAC.
• Maintain APAC brand messaging and creative in line with global guidelines.
• Generate and maintain a pipeline of leads for APAC business development.
