Job summary

Teneo, based in Hong Kong, seeks a detail-oriented Accountant to support AP/AR, revenue accounting and management reporting across the Asia-Pacific region. The role interacts with Finance Directors and teams in Australia and the UK, focusing on accurate invoicing, timely time-entry, and incremental process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounting, exposure to professional services or projects, and a pursuit of ACCA/HKICPA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an accounting role (AP/AR).
• Experience in professional services or project-based environments preferred.
• Working towards or holding ACCA/HKICPA qualification.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with SAP or NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Produce client invoices with fees and rechargeable costs.
• Monitor time entry by client-facing teams and reconcile variances.
• Maintain WIP records, sales ledger, debtors and collections.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist intercompany reconciliations and statutory reporting.
• Support audit processes and internal controls.
