Job summary

CLPS Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited is seeking a system developer/analyst with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in SQL, ETL, and Power BI to design, develop, and implement software systems and applications.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform feasibility studies, and provide technical guidance to development teams. The role includes testing, documentation, and mentoring junior developers in best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics or related disciplines
• 1-3 years of experiences in system development with hands-on SQL, ETL and PowerBI experiences
• Strong business senses
• Excellent in problem-solving and detail-minded, and work as a team
• Proactive, independent, and quick learner.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in the design and development of applications using SQL, Power BI
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
• Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to determine the best technology solutions for the organization.
• Designing, developing, and implementing software systems and applications.
• Conducting system testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and performance.
• Providing technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase.
• Evaluating existing systems and recommending improvements or enhancements.
• Creating system documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and training materials.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems across different departments or business units.
• Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks or issues, and implementing necessary solutions or optimizations.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend innovative solutions for the organization.
• Managing & Mentoring junior developers in best practices for system analysis and design.
