Job summary

Robert Half Hong Kong Limited is recruiting for an AM/ M - Fund Accounting role open to fund admin, based in Hong Kong. You will support fund accounting tasks across capital calls, distributions, financial statements, and month-end close to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

We're seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and at least 5 years of relevant experience, fluent English and Mandarin, good analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work under tight

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review capital calls, distributions, financial statements and partner capital statements.
• Support month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Periodic review of fund documents, operating memorandum and pricing policy.
• Prepare payment applications and related fund transfer for SPV entities.
• Prepare compliance reports to meet regulatory requirements.
• Liaison with auditors, including preparation of financial statements and audit support schedule.
• Promote strong team spirit and a healthy working atmosphere.

• Support month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Periodic review of fund documents, operating memorandum and pricing policy
• Prepare payment applications and related fund transfer (including expenses, investment purchase) for SPV entities
• Prepare compliance reports to meet regulatory requirements
• Liaison with auditors, including preparation of financial statements and audit support schedule
• Promote strong team spirit and a healthy working atmosphere

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 5 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with excellent attention to details;
• Team player, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
