Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of AI upskilling programs for principals, teachers, and education stakeholders.
• Support government RFPs, public-sector mandates, grant‑funded initiatives, and strategic education programs in Hong Kong.
• Serve as a trusted facilitator and program manager for AI professional development, ensuring educators develop the confidence and discernment to evaluate and adopt AI tools responsibly.
• Partner with schools, government bodies, and education organizations to identify needs, manage relationships, and support successful implementation.
• Convert educator engagement and program participation into qualified sales opportunities for Lirvana Labs’ products.
• Collaborate with product, partnerships, and leadership teams to align training delivery with market needs and customer feedback.
• Own program milestones, stakeholder communication, reporting, and operational execution.
• Support revenue growth through sales enablement, customer education, and post-program follow-up.
