About the Role

As a team leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through innovative artificial intelligence (AI) and data solutions. This position bridges the technical and business domains, supporting the sales team in crafting compelling AI-based proposals and delivering impactful client presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation combined with strategic commercial acumen to influence the company's P&L performance. Lead presales activities for enterprise-scale AI and data-driven solutions across multiple industries, collaborate closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to design and demonstrate tailored AI solutions that address client challenges. Develop proposals, solution architectures, and proof-of-concepts for AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. Engage with clients throughout the sales cycle to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful handover to delivery. Stay current on emerging AI trends and technologies to position the organization as a trusted innovation partner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technology architecture, preferably within AI, analytics, or digital transformation domains.
  • Proven track record of supporting enterprise sales teams to close strategic deals through technical expertise and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success influencing P&L growth through solution design and client acquisition.
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Good command in Chinese and English.
