AI Solution Experience Evaluator (Part-Time)

Join our team to validate cutting-edge, hyper-realistic Digital Human ecosystems and Agentic AI solutions. In this part-time role, you will perform a blend of manual exploratory testing. Your primary focus will be comprehensive functional software and solution testing- ensuring that all system features, user flows, and application functions work flawlessly alongside our core Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and LLM engines across cloud servers, interactive Kiosks, mobile apps, web interfaces, and on-premise hardware.

You will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of our software products before they reach our clients. You will work closely with our development and product management teams to execute manual test cases, identify system bugs, and verify fixes.

This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a balanced work arrangement or looking to grow their career in software testing.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin to effectively evaluate multilingual speech processing and LLM outputs.
