Assist senior secondary-market researchers in building an AI-empowered investment-research analytics system, focusing on market-data governance, digitization of technical analysis, and construction of an automated review framework to deliver intelligent and efficient investment-research workflows.
Key responsibilities
Support the collection, cleansing and routine automated updating of multi-market (A-share / Hong-Kong stock / US-stock) market, capital and fundamental data, and safeguard the integrity and accuracy of foundational datasets.
Help quantify manual technical-analysis logics and participate in developing automatic monitoring tools for price-volume anomalies, order-book signals and cross-market price spreads.
Leverage large-language models and AI tools to construct an investment-research knowledge base; process bulk textual materials including research reports, news articles and meeting minutes to extract information, organize content and categorize viewpoints.
Cooperate on historical market reviews and statistical analysis of data metrics, and iterate automated analysis templates to replace repetitive manual investment-research work.
Document and archive daily workflows, assist in maintaining the investment-research data system and tool ledger, and standardize operational procedures.
Take part in the development and roll‑out of the AI Investment Agent system, and help the team build an automated workflow covering data acquisition, analysis and decision‑making.
About you
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Finance, Computer Science or related disciplines.
Graduates of 2025-2026 and talents with 1-2-year working experience are welcome to apply.
Possess basic secondary-market knowledge and understand core concepts such as K-lines, price-volume relationships and capital flows.
Prior learning-related experience is preferred; Hong-Kong / US-stock trading experience is not mandatory.
Be capable of using basic AI tools and willing to learn how to leverage large-language models for bulk text-processing and task decomposition.
Show strong curiosity toward AI-driven investment research and quantitative digitization, be open to new tools and methodologies, and keep proactive in self-improvement.
Have foundational knowledge of Python and Pandas for data processing.
Candidates with internships, project experience in quantitative investment, asset management or AI-powered research, or strategy back-testing learning experience are preferred.
Meticulous and data-sensitive, with solid self-learning ability, problem-solving awareness, a strong sense of responsibility and a down-to-earth working attitude.
