Job summary

Bybit invites a 3-month internship in a fast-growing crypto derivatives environment. You will work on real projects, ship features across the stack, and prototype quickly with strong mentorship from a global team.

You will evaluate prompts, write tests, and build robust logging while engaging with users to shape the roadmap. The program offers career exposure and a possible full-time offer for top performers.

Qualifications

• Built real features with LLM APIs including prompting, streaming, tool calling and failure handling.
• Git, tests, and debugging to root cause instead of guessing.
• SQL and data sense to detect outliers in averages.

Responsibilities

• Ship features on either side of the stack — gateway routing, MCP servers, agent workflows, knowledge base, or a user-facing AI feature.
• Build evals to prove a prompt or retrieval change helps before production use.
• Prototype quickly, then add tests and logging for unattended production runs.
• Pull adoption, cost, and quality data and report findings, even when the story disagrees.
• Talk to users of what you build, internal or external; their feedback becomes the roadmap.
