Job summary

ZA is seeking an experienced IT audit professional to assess the Digital Bank's information technology environment and help shape the annual audit plan. You will perform IT audits of regulatory requirements and deploy AI techniques to enhance audit efficiency, becoming a source for analytics used by business units.

The role requires strong banking knowledge, cloud/Azure familiarity, and the ability to communicate clearly in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• University graduates or above in related disciplines such as Engineering, Accounting, Business or Computer Science.
• At least 3 years of IT audit, IT controls or IT implementation/consulting experience.
• Professional IT audit qualifications (CISA, CISSP or CISM) are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of the banking industry with solid technical knowledge.
• Good knowledge of cyber-security regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure; experience auditing cloud platforms is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and spoken English and Chinese communication.
• Willingness to learn and apply AI techniques in IT audit work.
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments of IT environments and assist in developing the annual audit plan.
• Carry out IT audits to cover regulatory requirements (e.g. HKMA TM-E-1 to SA-2).
• Apply AI analytics to improve audit efficiency and generate business insights.
• Plan and execute IT infrastructure and application audits with general auditors on integrated audits.
• Assess risk and controls for new systems or changes and perform pre-implementation reviews.
• Identify emerging IT risks and draft findings for management and Audit Committee.
