Job summary

SEED Foundation is seeking a creative Curriculum Designer to co-develop and own courses end-to-end for Hong Kong youth. You will design narrative lessons, build slide decks, and craft hands-on labs across our pillars of cloud computing, data analytics, UX/UI, and AI workflows.

You'll work with our Senior Program Manager to modernize existing courses and create a brand new AI course, ensuring materials are clear, engaging, and ready for classroom delivery by professional lecturers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical ability in at least one pillar; CS/Data/IT background helps.
• Storyteller's instinct for explaining things simply.
• Strong visual craft in slides, layouts, and learning materials.
• Fast, self-directed learner — toolset changes every year.
• Positive, team-first mindset in a small, cross-functional team.
• Fluent written Chinese and Cantonese; English strong for technical materials.
• AI-native workflow: you already use AI tools daily.
• Breadth across more than two pillars.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of assigned courses/modules end-to-end: narrative, decks, labs, solutions.
• Build, debug, and test hands-on labs across four pillars.
• Turn abstract concepts into stories and activities to engage teens.
• Set the visual standard with polished course assets.
• Write lab instructions with clear steps, results, and fixes.
• Keep content current by feeding AI/tech-education trends into updates.
