Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a senior AI/ML leader in Hong Kong to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications. You will mentor a team of data engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive scalable data solutions across business intelligence and analytics projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on model development, production deployment, and continuous improvement to solve real business problems with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML models
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with ability to productionize ML solutions
• Experience with BI reporting and data analytics projects is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models into production environments
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure robust data engineering and scalable data pipelines
• Manage a team of internal and external data engineers and coordinate resources
• Provide regular customer analytics and insights reporting to inform business decisions
• Adapt and optimize models for performance, reliability, and business impact
