AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an experienced Actuary to manage Macau statutory reporting, internal economic capital, and regulatory filings, ensuring governance and compliance while supporting senior management reporting.

The role involves building tools (Excel/Alteryx/Python), partnering with modelling teams, and driving risk-based capital initiatives, with a customer-first mindset and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• University/college graduate in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field, with at least 4 years' experience in life insurance.
• Progression in actuarial professional examinations.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Manage Macau statutory closing & analysis for regulator and internal reporting.
• Prepare senior management materials and regulatory filings.
• Develop tools in Excel/Alteryx/Python for risk and capital projections.
• Support governance, compliance, and valuation processes.
• Collaborate with modelling teams on actuarial systems readiness.
