FWD Group in Hong Kong invites Actuarial students to join its Internship Program across Group Actuarial functions. You will support pricing, valuation, marketing, investments, risk management and modelling for expanding markets in Asia.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Risk Management or related discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Good command of Excel and database skills; programming knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Prophet / Alteryx / Python model related development.
• Create Excel VBA tools to perform pricing and profit testing.
• Provide support in product approval processes.
• Analyze data for business planning and risk assessment.
• Interpret experience study results and assist EV / capital reporting.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and management presentations.
• Explore Generative AI applications in actuarial workflows.
