Job summary

CLO Virtual Fashion, based in Hong Kong, seeks a 3D Design & Implementation Specialist to shape the future of garment simulation technology. You will train users, support client inquiries, and collaborate with developers to drive innovation while traveling for global projects.

The role emphasizes creativity, collaboration, and a strong understanding of garment construction, with frequent client engagements and on-site office work in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

2–8 years of relevant experience in fashion or apparel.
Experience with CLO3D, Marvelous Designer, or similar 3D design software is a plus.
Fluency in Cantonese and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with brands to support 3D adoption and implementation strategies.
Deliver customized training programs for CLO ecosystem users.
Provide technical and creative support to clients for seamless 3D workflow integration.
Organize workshops, live demonstrations, and client sessions in-person and virtual.
Create engaging 3D content for education, social media, and internal initiatives.
Collaborate with the 3D Design & Implementation Chapter on projects and events.
Provide feedback to software developers and propose new features or applications.
Participate in global client projects and be open to international travel.
