Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Clerk to support their warehouse and logistics operations. This role involves a balance of administrative and hands-on warehouse duties, ensuring stock and orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00
Location: Wokingham
Salary: GBP25,397
- Unload and check inbound stock deliveries, reporting any discrepancies to the Account Manager and client.
- Record stock accurately within the correct client area using Warehouse Management Software (training provided).
- Process client orders electronically with precision, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders, following client-specific labelling, packaging, and barcode requirements.
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and compliant working environment in line with Health & Safety and environmental policies.
- Strong keyboard and IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Counterbalance forklift licence (essential).
- Extended-reach forklift licence (preferred, training can be arranged).
- Numerate, literate, and highly organised.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physically capable of lifting items up to 25kg and using "at height" picking equipment.
