- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman, particularly in high-end residential projects.
- CSCS Card is esssential ( Or higher)
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong ability to spot and rectify any potential issues.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Experience working with a medium-sized developer is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
