We're looking for an experienced and skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our busy team in Central London. This role suits someone with a solid background in property maintenance and general repairs, who takes pride in delivering quality work safely and efficiently.
- Undertake repairs across multiple trades, including carpentry, painting, plastering, basic plumbing, and electrical work
- Fit, maintain, and repair fixtures, fittings, and building elements as required
- Inspect buildings to identify maintenance needs and suggest suitable solutions
- Work in line with current safety regulations and building standards
- Keep work areas tidy, organised, and compliant with health and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, clients, and site teams
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar maintenance, handyman, or multi-trade position
- Confident using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong practical problem-solving and fault-finding abilities
- Able to read and follow plans, work orders, and technical instructions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Own a set of basic trade tools
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Valid CSCS card
- 1 recent work reference required
