My client who operates within the Civil and Structural Engineering are looking to appoint an Associate Director of Structural Engineer to lead their growing team based in Cambridge. sector e are looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer in their office in Hemel Hampstead. - Lead and deliver structural engineering projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.
- Manage design, documentation, and project delivery to ensure compliance, quality, and deadlines are achieved.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction.
- Provide technical leadership and input on complex design matters.
- Review and sign off the work of engineers and technicians, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Build and maintain new and existing client relationships to support business growth.
- Mentor and support junior engineers through Chartership and technical development.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng MICE or MIStructE)
- Minimum 10 years' experience in structural design and project delivery.
- Strong background working within a consultancy environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in software such as Tekla, Tedds, and familiar with Revit/BIM processes.
- Strong understanding of Eurocodes, British Standards, and Building Regulations.
- Experience with BIM methodologies
