Descripción de la vacante
A recruitment agency is seeking a proactive Transport Operations Planner in Birmingham. You will coordinate daily transport for a fleet, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and experience in transport operations. This position offers a salary range of £30,000 to £35,000 with flexible working hours including some remote opportunities.
Formación
- Experience in transport operations planning is a plus.
- Ability to manage and coordinate fleet movements.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Responsabilidades
- Plan and monitor fleet movements of around 8 vehicles.
- Liaise with drivers, customers, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure compliance and accurate transport paperwork.
- Support continuous improvement and team performance.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
