Job summary
A growing tech company in Manchester is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead brand and user acquisition strategies. You will develop and execute marketing strategies, set up analytics, and manage marketing channels. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in marketing and excellent data skills. This role offers a dynamic environment with responsibilities across various digital platforms.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in marketing, growth, or brand roles, preferably in tech.
- Proven success in driving user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Solid understanding of multi-channel campaign management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale brand, user acquisition, and engagement strategies.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across channels.
- Set up marketing analytics and track key metrics.
- Manage all marketing channels including paid, organic, and influencer partnerships.
Skills
- 6+ years in marketing, growth, or brand roles in high-growth tech (HealthTech or subscription B2C a plus).
- Strong data skills – campaign analytics, A/B testing, and marketing automation tools.
- Proven success in driving user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Solid understanding of attribution, multi-channel campaign management, and experimentation design.
- Action-oriented operator who can clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.
- We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and scale brand, user acquisition, and engagement strategies. You will:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, social, and partnership channels.
- Set up marketing analytics and reporting, track key metrics (ROI, conversion, engagement), and provide actionable insights.
- Run experiments on campaigns, messaging, content, and incentives to optimise performance.
- Manage all marketing channels, including paid, organic, referral, and influencer partnerships.
- Build repeatable processes, playbooks, and campaign frameworks to scale initiatives across products and markets.
- Lead and mentor a small team of marketers, content creators, and analysts.
