This leader will be responsible for building a best-in-class software organization that consistently delivers on commitments, drives innovation, and fosters a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire teams, implement world-class development practices, and ensure the successful and timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

What you can expect in this role (Job Responsibilities)

• Shape and develop a best-in-class global software organization that excels in execution, innovation, and collaboration.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a distributed team of SW engineers, SW architects, and SW Technical Lead across multiple regions.

2. Commitment & Delivery Execution
• Ensure the on-time and high-quality delivery of software products by setting clear goals and priorities.
• Implement robust execution frameworks and accountability mechanisms to track and meet commitments.
• Drive a results-oriented culture, where teams proactively anticipate challenges and resolve roadblocks.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure software delivery success.

3. Strategic Vision & Transformation
• Define and execute a long-term vision for the software organization, aligning with business and product goals.
• Drive organizational transformation, ensuring teams are structured for agility, scalability, and success.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape product roadmaps and SW strategies.
• Continuously assess and adopt emerging SW technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

4. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
• Implement best practices in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD to optimize development speed and quality.
• Foster a mindset of continuous improvement, where teams iterate and refine processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Champion data-driven decision-making, using analytics and metrics to drive software quality and operational excellence.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards in software development.

5. Technology & Product Leadership
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Partner with Product Management, UX/UI, and other business units to align software strategies with customer needs.
• Promote best practices in software architecture, design, and engineering excellence.
• Encourage innovation by enabling teams to explore new technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies.

Required Experience
• Extensive experience in software development, with proven experience in a global leadership role.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing global teams.
• Track record of delivering software products on time and meeting business commitments.
• Expertise in Agile, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices.
• Strong experience in organizational transformation and change management.
• Exceptional ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
• Experience in leading large-scale, distributed, multicultural teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Experience in SaaS, Cloud, and mobile software.
• Familiarity with lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Background in customer-driven software development and scalable architectures.

Education & Certifications
• Degree in Engineering

Travel & Working Environment
• No more than 25% expected travel required
• Hybrid: currently 3 days in the office
