Our client is based in Bournemouth, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team needs additional support.
Job Description
- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and reconcile the purchase ledger accounts.
- Handle supplier queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare payment runs and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to purchase ledger.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Contribute to improving processes within the accounting & finance function.
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
