A global offshore law firm is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to oversee finance operations and enhance user experience with Aderant. The role offers flexibility to work on-site or remotely from the UK, Jersey, or Guernsey. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years' experience in finance systems, strong Aderant expertise, and excellent communication skills. The firm provides training and support to ensure system efficiency.
This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a global offshore law firm, with the flexibility to work either on-site or remotely from Jersey, Guernsey, or the UK. The Finance Systems Manager will be at the centre of finance operations, leading on system development, configuration, and training to improve the Aderant user experience while supporting the firm's financial processes.
Location options: on-site or remote from Jersey, Guernsey, or the UK.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience managing finance systems in a professional services environment, ideally within a law firm. Strong expertise in Aderant is essential, alongside knowledge of system configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting. They will be confident working with reporting tools such as SSRS and Power BI, and have excellent skills in SQL and Excel. A background in accounting or bookkeeping is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to support and train non-technical users.
