As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in promoting the wellbeing, comfort, and dignity of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate, individualised care tailored to each resident’s needs
• Supporting residents with medication, mealtimes, and daily routines
• Offering companionship and encouraging participation in light, engaging activities
• Assisting with mobility and ensuring physical comfort and safety
• Maintaining a tidy, comfortable, and welcoming living environment
• Providing calm, consistent, and reassuring support each day

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
• Naturally kind, patient, and composed under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality care
