A leading healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Community Mental Health Nurse in Guildford. The role involves delivering assessments and treatments for individuals with mental health issues and requires excellent communication and collaborative skills. Candidates must be a qualified RMN/RN (Mental Health) with NMC registration. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary range of £40,617 to £48,778.

Guildford Community Mental Health Recovery Service (CMHRS) is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic community mental health nurse (NMC) to join our team. We have two full-time roles.
As part of our multi-disciplinary team, the successful applicant will deliver comprehensive assessments and a variety of approaches, interventions, and treatments to individuals experiencing severe and enduring mental health issues, supporting them in their personal recovery journey.
Subject to reasonable adjustments in respect of any disability, candidates must possess a valid driving licence and be able to drive and have the unrestricted use of a car or motorcycle for work at all times including community based work.
You will be required to take lead and professional responsibility for a number of service users. This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You must be committed to delivering a high-quality service, working both independently and as part of our well-established, innovative, and recovery-focused team to meet the needs of service users and their carers.
In addition to managing a defined caseload, the successful applicant will conduct initial assessments for clients referred to the service and support individuals experiencing mental health crises in the community. There are various training opportunities available to enhance skills in delivering low-intensity psychological interventions.
