Job summary
A staffing agency in Richmond is looking for a compassionate caregiver. You will assist residents with daily living activities, record vital signs, and support nursing staff. The ideal candidate holds a current CNA certification and can work flexible hours including weekends. Pay rate ranges from $15 to $21/hr for this full-time role.

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, mobility).
- Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
- Help residents move safely and maintain comfort and dignity.
- Keep rooms clean and follow infection control procedures.
- Support nurses with care tasks and documentation.
- Provide compassionate, respectful care and emotional support.
Requirements:
- Current CNA certification in Virginia.
- High school diploma or GED.
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
- Ability to lift and assist residents safely.
- Reliable, patient, and caring demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:
