A leading global insurance broker is seeking an Insurance Broker for their Public Sector Team in Reading. You will manage housing client portfolios, analyze client needs, and collaborate closely with sales and broking teams. Ideal candidates will have proven insurance experience and strong communication skills. This hybrid role allows for flexible working arrangements, requiring presence in the office at least three days a week.
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Public Sector Team. This role can be based in the Reading offices. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As part of the Marsh Public Sector Team you will work to provide customized insurance and risk management solutions specifically for housing clients across the UK. You will manage a portfolio of potential housing clients, analyse their needs based on detailed data and tender requirements, and create presentations to secure insurance coverage from various markets.
The role requires close collaboration with sales and broking teams to develop strategies, meet deadlines, and build strong relationships with insurers and stakeholders. You will also ensure smooth handovers to client servicing teams and help design insurance programs that meet client specifications, including working on pricing and fees with the Sales Director.
Previous experience within insurance Broking is ideal but Insurance underwriting may be considered.
