Are you an Energy & Sustainability Manager who is looking to progress their career by developing and leading a company's new energy and sustainability programme across their property portfolio?

Do you have experience with residential, commercial and industrial buildings and want to play a vital role in a company's future development by leading and growing a new business unit?

This company are a property investment company with their main portfolio of properties across London. Due to an ongoing programme of growth, they are looking to recruit an Energy & Sustainability Manager to lead their energy and sustainability programme across their property portfolio.

In this role the successful candidate will ensure energy resources within the business are managed effectively as well as develop and implement the company's energy and sustainability strategy. A strong level of trust and autonomy will be given to this person and they will be a vital cog in the wheel for the business going forwards.

This is a fantastic opportunity which would be ideal for someone with an established background within energy & sustainability working on residential, commercial and industrial properties who is looking to have a major impact on a company and be able to develop and create something of their own.

The Role:

* Develop and implement the company's energy and sustainability strategy
* Oversee energy cost saving and energy reduction for the company's property portfolio
* Ensure energy resources within the business are managed effectively
* Progression available
* Office-based in Central London
