A support service provider is looking for an Outreach Support Worker to support a 7-year-old boy in the North East of England. This role involves engaging with the child in various fun and adventurous activities while providing emotional support. Ideal candidates will have experience working with children with trauma and will be able to promote positive self-esteem. This position requires a full UK driving license and access to a personal car. It's a chance to make a meaningful difference in a young boy's life.

Outreach Support Worker required to support a 7 year old boy who lives in the Sherburn area of Durham. The child you would be supporting is a bright, cheeky, and energetic 7‑year‑old who thrives on 1:1 attention and loves activities such as climbing, trampolining, swimming and trips to the beach. He needs additional support and reassurance due to social, emotional and mental health needs linked to early childhood trauma.
Hours / Wage – 9.5 hours per day (8.30 am – 6 pm) £13 per hour.
Proposed dates – 29th and 30th December, 2nd, 5th and 6th January. More hours may be available during future school holidays.
