Impactful Part-Time Tutor: English, Maths & Science
Job summary
A leading education provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Tutor to support students in English, Maths, and Science. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills, providing tailored support to help young learners reach their potential. This role is flexible, offering £25 to £30 per hour, with approximately 15 hours per week per student. Experience with SEND or disengaged pupils is a plus.
Qualifications
- Must possess UK classroom teaching experience.
- Experience working with disengaged pupils is advantageous.
- Must be willing to think outside of the box.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one or small group tutoring.
- Tailor lessons to meet individual student needs.
- Support with homework and exam preparation.
- Maintain records of progress and feedback.
