Remote Subsidence Claims Technician – Build & Settle Solutions
Job summary
A leading claims management company in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Claims Technician to join their Subsidence Team. This remote role involves providing technical support, managing claims, and negotiating settlements. Candidates should have prior subsidence claims experience or extensive trade knowledge. The position offers a salary of up to £30,000 per annum and additional benefits, including a company bonus scheme and career advancement opportunities.

- Previous subsidence/buildings insurance claims experience or 5+ years trade experience.
- Demonstrate great communication and organisation skills.
- Computer literate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, contractors, and insurer clients.
- Manage third party companies for vegetation removal and drain repairs.
- Negotiate cash settlements for repairs with policyholders.
