A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Quantitative Finance Recruiter for a 100% remote role in the UK. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in quantitative finance recruiting, specifically with hedge funds and trading firms. Responsibilities include managing senior mandates and expanding client relationships. The position offers a competitive base salary of £35K-£45K plus commission, with significant potential for profit sharing.

Compensation : £35K-£45K base salary + 40% commission flat rate on all invoicing + Profit Share after 12 months employment
