Job summary

We're working with a forward-thinking organisation that's building real-world intelligence from data. They're now hiring a Data Science Manager to help shape their data and AI strategy - leading projects that turn data into actionable insight, predictive capability, and commercial advantage.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can combine deep technical knowledge with clear business thinking. You'll guide a team of data scientists and engineers to design, deploy, and optimise models that drive measurable outcomes - from automating decision-making to uncovering new growth opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives.
- Collaborate across departments to understand challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Build and maintain data pipelines that support model development and deployment at scale.
- Communicate analytical findings to senior stakeholders in a clear, commercial way.
- Champion innovation - keeping the team up to speed with the latest tools, frameworks, and techniques in data science and AI.
