A healthcare organization in Dudley seeks a Lead Professional Nurse Advocate to implement the A-EQUIP model, lead the PNA team, and enhance patient care. The Lead Professional Nurse Advocate (PNA) will lead and facilitate the implementation of the A-EQUIP model within the Trust. The model provides a continuous improvement process that builds upon personal and professional resilience, enhances quality of care for patients and supports preparedness for registrants in appraisal and professional revalidation. The Lead PNA will lead the PNA team to offer Restorative Clinical Supervision (RCS) as a support mechanism for registrants.
