We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Lawyer to join our hugely successful Employment team in Manchester.
- Advising on equality/discrimination matters, employment tribunals, redundancy, restructuring, employment terminations and TUPE agreements.
- Managing client meetings and leading complex negotiations.
- Reviewing and drafting contracts.
- Negotiating settlements, supporting clients through their cases, and managing your own caseload.
- Providing top‑class legal advice where required.
- Supervision and line management with a commercial focus on chargeable hours and billing.
- Experience in equality/discrimination and employment tribunals.
- Extremely proficient within Employment law.
- Experience in redundancy and restructure, employment terminations and TUPE agreements.
- Background in supervision and/or line management.
- Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office (must live a reasonable distance to commute).
- 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday.
- 25 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays.
