A leading care provider in Skipton is looking for a Care Team Leader to oversee shifts and manage staff assignments. In this role, you will ensure that residents receive exceptional care, conduct care assessments, and maintain compliance with regulations while fostering a supportive team environment. Ideal candidates will have a genuine passion for care and strong leadership skills. The position offers access to training and a range of benefits including discounts and bonuses.
Working 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the next week from 7 : 15am - 19 : 30pm with every other weekend off.
