• Provide strategic leadership in quality, risk, patient experience, and safety initiatives
• Develop and implement policies aligning with national standards
• Lead quality improvement projects to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
• Manage clinical and non‑clinical risks, overseeing incidents and complaints
• Champion patient safety initiatives and gather feedback for service improvement
• Facilitate training programmes for staff on quality and risk management
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to align with broader safety agendas

• Annual salary up to £66,900 (DOE)

• Current nursing registration with NMC and a relevant Master’s qualification
