• Provide technical expertise to the project team in all areas and stages of software development, with a focus on OutSystems solutions.
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable OutSystems applications, ensuring high-quality code in line with agreed standards—leading by example.
• Plan and drive software construction activities, adopting and adapting appropriate software development methods, tools, and techniques.
• Actively participate in all agile ceremonies and meetings as appropriate.
• Document and embed technical guidelines for developers, ensuring they are current and promoting consistency across teams.
• Work closely with the Architecture team, providing technical input for solution design and creating technical user stories with the correct level of detail.
• Collaborate with business analysts, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Ensure platform governance, security, and compliance standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments.

• Proven experience as an OutSystems Tech Lead or Senior Developer, with strong knowledge of OutSystems architecture, integrations, and best practices.
• Experience with OutSystems 11, SQL Query Language, REST APIs, and enterprise integration patterns. (Mobile Application experience ideal)
• Contribute to the development of and adherence to standards and guidance for software development.
• Develop and maintain specialist knowledge of database and warehouse concepts, design principles, architectures, software, and facilities. Evaluate proposed options for development.
• Provide support and guidance for assigned colleagues, allocating routine tasks or project work in line with team objectives and individual capabilities.
• Coach colleagues in line with team and personal goals, and facilitate effective working relationships between team members.
• OutSystems certifications (Professional or Expert level) highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Standard Working hours with the option to be based remotely operated by being in the office once a month.
