Job summary
A dynamic family-owned business is seeking an experienced Night Hygiene Manager in Preston. You will manage the night hygiene team, ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and collaborate with multiple departments to maintain operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and a background in food manufacturing. Competitive salary based on experience offered.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years' experience managing people ideally within FMCG / food manufacturing sector.
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all technical and hygiene requirements.
- Manage and develop the hygiene team effectively.
- Communicate hygiene-related matters across relevant departments.
- Support food safety and quality management systems through HACCP participation.
