Provide insightful financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across the business.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with key departments to deliver accurate business plans.
Support scenario planning and financial modelling for growth initiatives and new opportunities.
Prepare monthly management reporting and performance commentary for senior leadership.
Develop and enhance reporting tools to improve visibility of business performance.
Support financial systems development and process improvement projects.
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand and track the financial impact of business changes.
Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a finance function.
Strong background in management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Previous experience within a manufacturing or product-based environment.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to non-finance stakeholders.
