A leading UK Facilities Management service provider is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for a public sector site in Pucklechurch, Gloucestershire. The role involves fault finding, maintenance, and installation of electrical equipment, working on a 4 on, 4 off schedule. Candidates must hold a C & G Electrical Certificate and have at least 5 years of related experience. The position offers a good working environment and the opportunity for further training.
Formación
- Must have served a recognised trade apprenticeship and qualified to BS7671.
- At least 5 years associated trade experience post apprenticeship.
- Willing to undertake training courses.
Responsabilidades
- Carry out fault finding and defect rectification.
- Pre-planned maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Installation of new plant and apparatus.

We are currently working with a leading UK Facilities Management service provider to recruit a Maintenance Electrician, to work on a public sector site in the Pucklechurch area, Gloucestershire.
The role will be 40 hours a week, on a 4 on 4 off basis of 10 hour days.
- Carry out fault finding and defect rectification to items of electrical plant and equipment
- Pre-planned maintenance of items of electrical plant and equipment
- Installation of new plant and apparatus
- Document inspection findings and pursue fault rectifications
- Work as part of a close-knit team and independently when required
- Participate on the on-call roster (currently around 1 in 8) with out-of-hours and weekend work as required
- C & G Electrical Certificate or other recognised electrical trade qualification and must have served a recognised trade apprenticeship and qualified to BS7671 (Current Edition of the IEE Regulations)
- At least 5 years associated trade experience post apprenticeship
- Willing to undertake training courses to expand technical abilities if required by the business
