A leading support services company is seeking a Regional Compliance Manager to lead compliance across a complex built estate. This role focuses on safety and professionalism and requires expertise in Legionella and Asbestos. Key responsibilities include managing compliance, conducting audits, and providing technical guidance. This position offers competitive salary and benefits in a supportive work environment.
Salary: £47,145 - £60,375 (DOE)
Car Allowance: £500/Month
Regional Role: Own Transport Required

Landmarc Support Services have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Compliance Manager to help lead compliance and technical excellence across a complex built estate. This isn't an operational role, it's about setting the tone for safety, professionalism, and collaborative delivery.
You’ll bring expertise in areas such as asbestos, legionella, fire, electrical, DSEAR, fuels, and gas, supporting regional teams and ensuring standards are met across the board. We’re especially keen to hear from those with strong Legionella and/or Asbestos experience.
As a member of the Regional Leadership Team, the Regional Technical Manager plays a key role in setting the tone for safety, professionalism and collaborative working across their remit. The role is not about managing operations, but about leading by example, bringing technical expertise to the table while actively supporting regional delivery.
The successful candidate will take shared responsibility for outcomes across the Region, helping to drive high standards to ensure that built estate subjects such as asbestos, legionella, fire, electrical, DSEAR, fuels, gas are managed proactively and effectively in‑line with our contracted requirements and company policies & procedures. Some knowledge is essential in all built estate subjects, but you are not expected to be the SME in everything. We are ideally looking for someone with strong Legionella and/or Asbestos experience.
