A leading NHS Trust in the UK is seeking a dedicated individual to ensure the safe delivery and collection of medical devices across clinical areas. As part of a diverse and inclusive Clinical Engineering Team, you will play a key role in the technical servicing of medical equipment, ensuring prompt and effective completion of tasks. This role requires good communication skills and the ability to manage physical workloads effectively.
Responsible for working to high safety standards while collecting and delivering medical devices to and from wards and clinical areas. Undertakes technical servicing on medical equipment and plays a key role in ensuring that work is carried out safely and effectively, completing work schedules on time and in line with planned preventative maintenance on the Trust’s and non‑Trust medical equipment.
The Clinical Engineering Team is part of the Medical Physics Department within Humber Health Partnership NHS Trust. We provide whole‑life equipment management services for the range of medical equipment in use across the Trust and also in external organisations who procure our services. Our team consists of 24 members of staff based in workshops at Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital sites.
