A civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to manage projects across North West and Yorkshire. The role offers a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 plus benefits and the opportunity to work on a variety of civil engineering projects. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of NEC contracts. This position allows for hybrid working and provides clear progression routes within a supportive team.
Location: North West or Yorkshire (projects across Leeds/Bradford, Liverpool, North Wales, Preston/Blackpool, Greater Manchester & Cheshire)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + car allowance + full package
Working pattern: On site and hybrid
Our client is expanding its commercial team and looking to appoint an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of civil engineering projects across the North West and Yorkshire.
You will join a well-established and supportive commercial function comprising 10 professionals (Commercial Manager, Commercial Director, 3 Senior QS, and 5 QS) and manage your own projects independently while contributing to the wider commercial team.
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of your own civil engineering projects, ensuring financial control, risk management and cost efficiency from inception to completion.
