A leading payment solutions provider is looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to join their growing team. This remote role involves meeting with merchants, generating sales pipelines, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients. The position offers a competitive salary of £60k-£70k OTE with uncapped commissions.

Flatpay is one of the fastest growing companies in Europe and was founded 3 years ago in Copenhagen with the mission to take the stress out of card payments for SMBs. Businesses want to focus on what they do best; running their business. But monthly hardware fees, different rates for different cards, extra costs on every transaction and frequent price increases have made payments too stressful. That’s why we started Flatpay. One flat rate across all cards - that’s it.

We’re already more than 1,000 people across Denmark, Finland, Italy, Germany and France and recently launched in the UK.

What you’ll do

Location: Remote (Croydon/Sutton/Bromley)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: £60k-£70k OTE (Commission uncapped)

Responsibilities:

  • Attendon-site meetings with merchants booked by the SDR team; demo Flatpay solutions and close contracts (75% of signings).
  • Generate own pipeline from referrals and cold canvas (25% of signings).
  • Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs to secure deals.
  • Deliver and install terminals to newly signed merchants and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Provide feedback and insights to SDR, marketing, and product teams to strengthen go-to-market execution.

Commission: Uncapped – exceeding sales targets increases earnings proportionally.

Transportation: Mileage paid for personal cars with free Ringgo parking account. Company paid Oyster card and Zipcar account available.

  • Highly motivated with proven talent for identifying opportunities and closing sales
  • Excellent face-to-face communication, negotiation and objection handling. Self-starter, resilient and motivated by commission and results
  • Organised and disciplined with territory planning and pipeline forecasting. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with SDR and ops teams

Background

  • Experience in B2B field sales with proven quota attainment (no specific payments industry experience required)
  • Experience selling to SME owners
  • Where needed; full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle, with flexibility to travel regionally if required (mileage reimbursed, no car allowance). Note: corporate oyster card and zipcar account will be provided.
