IT Support Engineer (MSP / Luxury Brands) – Loughton

Salary: 25,000 - 27,000 + Overtime + Progression + Company Benefits

In this role you will be going through support tickets, ensuring SLA's are met, offer support & implementation services to clients, resolve helpdesk issues and provide support on Microsoft Operating Systems. The ideal candidate has experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar that wants to progress their career and work daily with industry experts who will help springboard your career.
