We're looking for exceptionally driven and hungry trainees to go through our academy. Make no mistake, there is no higher bar in the industry than that which we've set.
As part of a small team, you will receive world-class training and guidance from industry veterans who have scaled unicorns, providing a unique platform to rapidly accelerate your career. You will become an expert in hiring one of the most interesting and desirable skillsets on earth, working with enviable AI labs to introduce Engineers as a trusted partner.
You will begin on a warm desk, heavily focused on building a candidate network before expanding into client development. Our academy is designed for density of impact, meaning everyone progresses differently and in line with your strengths.
You must be based in or around London, and prepared to spend at least 3-days in a C entral London office each week. This role carries an ongoing sales/revenue target, with a generous commission scheme for top performers.
