Job summary

Charles Russell Speechlys seeks a Cyber Security Engineer to join their SecOps team in London hybrid role, focusing on implementing and maintaining security measures, incident response, and transitioning to zero-trust.

You will lead security initiatives, collaborate with the Lead Cyber Security Engineer, support ISO 27001 certification, CIS controls, and work with CrowdStrike, ISE, Mimecast, and other tools to protect the firm's systems.

Qualifications

• CISSP certification required.
• CPSA certification preferred.
• Palo Alto Networks SOC certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CrowdStrike EDR and tune SIEM rules.
• Collaborate with network engineers on posture management and firewalls.
• Lead or participate in incident response with root cause analysis and runbooks.
• Monitor threats, analyze alerts, and manage remediation.
• Oversee WAF, DDoS, VPN, and perimeter security.
• Collaborate with third-party testers to identify vulnerabilities.
• Create reports on threats, incidents and responses.
